The History of the English Language by Lucy Rucker

The English is language to have a great story behind. Has the United States comes from Great Britain, USA and is modified by other languages like Latin and French. This combination and evolution of English helped has to take the kind of English that we have today, as Old English was more difficult to understand and speak, besides the fact that words had no meaning. According to the evolution of this language, meanings, words and pronunciation has changed greatly, however there are still differences between people who speak English in countries where this is the native language. Such as the United States where the language is the same although there are differences in meanings of words between the people of the north and the south.
The main purpose of the article is to show how English has evolved and so do not forget how it has changed not only this language if you cannot compare with the history of other countries, coming to realize like everyone, everywhere has evolved. Because some words, objects, things have become obsolete and others have changed to suit the needs of the contemporary world.
At the beginning of the article writer says “The English language seems to be the more complex of the other languages of the world, in my opinion.” And in my opinion is not to be the most difficult or complex, but like all languages in the world are in constant evolution and change some things from him, depending on where you talk to, no expression that distinguish it. For some people learn or understand the English language can be very complicated, however for others it may make it very easy and sometimes can be expressed much better in this language as their mother tongue.
We can then conclude that English has a history behind it and as many languages has greatly changed, and the importance of the countries speaking this language has become one of the most important languages in the
world. Let's go to where English is not the same, they have different words and ways to use the vocabulary in other places do not have, so it is highly recommended that we build not only wanting to learn American English, if not open up the other forms of speech and expression, while it is good a little more deeply what we are learning in order to know a little what we are saying and whether the way we are saying is correct.
